Eugene came back last Sunday and then its running errands after errands.
Managed to bake an American Chocolate Cake, recipe courtesy of Ellena. It taste not too bad ( cause of my lousy baking skills ..and also my 1st time baking a whole cake) but the look is a far cry from hers. Will try again the next time to try to perfect it.
Managed 2 new bentos this week and stressing out what to prepare for her tomorrow.
I used the rice moulds from Daiso to make the sushi and added some fish cakes for her. How lazy can I be right.
