I have been baking more freqently nowadays. Probably every 3 days so that Renee and Tun gets some cakes to eat for breakfast or tea .
Most of the time, for freshness, the cakes can only be kept up to 3 days in an air tight container. Therefore, I would normally bake portions good for 3 days :)
Recently, I bake some chocolate chip cupcakes. And they turned out pretty well. Even after 3 days, they still taste good. I think I am getting the hang out of baking :)
